1:1 SUPPORT

Deliver workplace wellbeing with the support of experienced doctors, experts and empowering technology.

WHAT IS IT?

We run 1:1 wellbeing support drop-in sessions for your employees. Individuals can sign up to time slots in advance.

These sessions can be run remotely or in-person.

During the sessions, we help your employees reach their own specific wellbeing goals,  focusing on how to deal with stress and anxiety or how to improve their sleep etc.

The sessions  are 1 hour slots per person.

All sessions are led by our team of fully qualified doctors.

1. ASSESSMENT AND EXPLORATION

The wellness journey, begins like any other classic quest, with self-knowledge. By really listening, asking powerful questions, reflecting what what we hear on all levels, we help your employees get a picture of themselves and their lives that is:

  • More complete (holistic).

  • More in-depth.

  • More aware.

  • More inter-related (seeing how every part of their life affects every other part).

2. CREATING A PERSONAL WELLNESS MAP / PLAN

To get where we want to go, we need a map. Changing lifestyle behaviour often begins with a baffling quandary of ''Where do I start?''. Our doctors co-create a wellness plan with your employee, helping them to know what the 'beginning, middle and end' will look like. 

We systematically assist your employees to create their own Well Life Vision and the steps that will move them forwards to greater health. Actualizing potential in all dimensions of your employee's life as defined by them is the ultimate wellness process.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT

Our doctors help your employees to hold themselves accountable to themselves to do what they say they will do. Instead of a pat on the shoulder and a 'Now go forth and do!' approach, the doctor stands with your employee and stands by them through the process, both holding them accountable and providing continued support.

4. ONGOING EVALUATION

In the journey between start of support and the successful arrival of your employee's intended destination, our doctors take a look at the map with your employee to make sure they are on course. 

Evaluation in this context is intended to be used as a compass to guide your employee on the journey. With the information from the evaluation, the employee and doctor can see what has been accomplished and what remains. Success is celebrated and acknowledged, not minimised. Remaining challenges are then addressed.

5. ACHIEVEMENT OF CLEAR MEASURABLE OUTCOMES

At the onset of the quest, one of our doctors will work with your employee to create a concrete goal. Without it, how  will your employee know when they have arrived at their destination? Clear measurable outcomes are set so that your employee can bolster their confidence and recognise their success.
