WHAT IS IT?
We run 1:1 wellbeing support drop-in sessions for your employees. Individuals can sign up to time slots in advance.
These sessions can be run remotely or in-person.
During the sessions, we help your employees reach their own specific wellbeing goals, focusing on how to deal with stress and anxiety or how to improve their sleep etc.
The sessions are 1 hour slots per person.
All sessions are led by our team of fully qualified doctors.
